Please read carefully — continuing to use RupeXcart indicates your acceptance.
1. Acceptance
By signing up to RupeXcart.com you agree to enter into this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) with FinShift Innovations and be lawfully bound by its terms and conditions. By accessing and using RupeXcart you enter a legally binding contract that may waive certain legal rights (for example, jury trial and class actions). If you do not accept any term of this Agreement, please do not access or use RupeXcart.
Note: references to “RupeXcart”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FinShift Innovations and its affiliates.
2. Services
- The Services include a platform enabling buyers and sellers of Digital Assets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ether, INRT, USDT — subject to change) to transact (the “Marketplace” / “Liquidity(INRT)”) and a hosted digital wallet service (the “RupeXcart Account” or “Account”) used to access the Marketplace and hold/release Digital Assets.
- The Marketplace is peer-to-peer: Buyers and Sellers negotiate payment methods directly. Users are fully responsible for using those payment methods lawfully.
- The RupeXcart Account is provided via a wallet provider. Offers posted include the terms and payment methods chosen by the offer creator. When an offer is accepted, the seller’s Digital Assets are locked by the RupeXcart Escrow until conditions to complete the transaction are met.
3. Role of RupeXcart
- Not a payment processor: RupeXcart does not process payments — Buyers and Sellers are responsible for sending/receiving and validating payment. The locked Digital Assets are returned to the Seller if the Buyer cancels; Sellers cannot unilaterally cancel a trade. Sellers must initiate a dispute if a Buyer breaches terms.
- Account operations & risks: The Account allows storing, sending and receiving digital currency on the blockchain network, not on RupeXcart. Transactions are subject to network processing and RupeXcart makes no guarantees about network completion. We may refuse processing if required by law or policy. You accept responsibility for account activity and risks associated with authorized or unauthorized access.
- Fees & inactivity: Using the hosted wallet may incur recurring fees for prolonged inactivity according to RupeXcart policy.

Your use of the Services is governed by this Agreement and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We may update this Agreement for legal/regulatory reasons or at our discretion; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may notify you by email if you provided one.
About RupeXcart Services (Summary)
The RupeXcart Services include the RupeXcart Marketplace and the RupeXcart Account. The Marketplace facilitates peer-to-peer purchases and sales of select Digital Assets; payment methods are negotiated between Buyers and Sellers. The Account is a hosted wallet enabling posting offers and participating in escrow-backed trades.
