About RupeXcart Services
The RupeXcart Services include two primary offerings: the RupeXcart Marketplace and the RupeXcart Account (a hosted digital wallet). Our platform enables peer-to-peer trading of select digital assets and provides escrow-backed protection during trades.
- RupeXcart Marketplace: A peer-to-peer market where users post offers to buy or sell Digital Assets using chosen payment methods. Offers list price, limits and accepted payment types.
- RupeXcart Account (Hosted Wallet): A wallet service that allows storing, sending and receiving Digital Assets. When a trade is initiated the seller’s assets are locked in RupeXcart Escrow until conditions are met.
How the Marketplace Works
Creating and completing a trade involves three simple steps:
- 1. Create an offer with price and payment methods, or choose an existing offer.
- 2. When an offer is accepted, the seller’s crypto is placed in escrow and the buyer transfers payment outside the platform per the agreed method.
- 3. Once the seller confirms payment, the crypto is released to the buyer.
Role of RupeXcart
RupeXcart facilitates the marketplace and provides the escrow and wallet infrastructure. We are not a payment processor — buyers and sellers are responsible for sending, receiving and validating payments.
The hosted wallet interacts with the blockchain network for transfers. RupeXcart may refuse or block transactions if required by law or policy. Users accept responsibility for account security and any risks from authorized or unauthorized access.
Fees & Inactivity
Some wallet features or prolonged inactivity may incur fees. Fees and terms are published in our fee schedule and may change; users should review them regularly.
